Free Shipping Offer - Australia

All orders over $120AUD will qualify for free shipping and will be posted via Registered Post for Australian residents only. Most Items are shipped within 1 business day after receiving a cleared payment into our Paypal or Bank account. Please note, if you choose to pay by cheque or money order your items will not be posted until the full payment has cleared.


Free Shipping Offer - International

All orders over $120AUD will qualify for free shipping and will be posted  via Regular Air Mail for residents who DONT reside in Australia. Most items are shipped within 1 business day after receiving a cleared payment into our Paypal or Bank account. Please note that cheques or money orders can not be accepted from residents outside of Australia at this stage. However, Paypal or direct deposit is available.


Other Shipping Offers

For all other shipping that have been paid by the customer upon the checkout process your items will be posted via the choice you selected. Please allow us up to 1 Business day to process your order.

Returns Policy

We want to see our customers 100% satisfied with our products. So therefor we offer a 100% satisfaction guarentee for all our orders. If you purchase jewellery from us, and for some reason are not satisfied within 14 days of your purchase please contact us to organise a return/refund. Please be aware, that we can not offer a refund for damaged, lost or stolen goods. Once the item has left our store we will not be held responsible. If you have any questions about a refund please contact us As soon as possible, we like to know about these things straight away! that way we can get your refund to you quicker!
